Promotion of young scientists and career prospectives at the CSCC

One of the main objectives of the CSCC is to improve scientific education and career options in academic medicine. Over the last two years, we have initiated and established structured programs for education and mentoring, as well as concepts to ensure protected time for research. Several different career paths and options, including tenure options, are available at the CSCC, with a special emphasis on positions for Clinician Scientists. These range from pre-graduate training all the way to In-house Professorships.
